Brooklyn started blowing her coat. Clumps after clumps of fur being shed. For days. Understandably she scratches all over her body. Now the part I don’t understand is this. How is it possible for a dog to shed 12 times as much hair as the hair on her body?????

I can relate to this. Dakota is blowing his coat too. We have fur everywhere but I am too tired to care. Maybe I’ll sweep tomorrow…or not!
Oh, I don’t care either. What’s the point of cleaning it up, you know? I clean up about half Brooklyn’s worth of fur, and the next minute you look around and there is another whole Brooklyn’s worth of fur lying around…
