I’ve been sleeping a lot for the last few days. The amount of sleep I’m able to squeeze in astonishes even me. Having dogs prevents me from sleeping 3 or 4 days and nights straight waking up just to drink water or take a leak, as I once did long time ago. But I have been able to wake up, take the dogs out, eat something, go back to bed, and repeat a couple of times. I used to have the problem of not being able to sleep at night if I took a nap during the day, even a very short one. Now I seem to have conquered that problem because I lay my well-rested self down, and I can fall asleep… well, nowadays anyway.
I hope the sleepfest is warding off the exhaustion I’ve been suffering from so that I can start the week anew all refreshed. Well, gotta go now to take a nap.


:sleeping: You body was definitely telling you something. Go with it, enjoy your sleepfest. I am very jealous. Although I did get some quality sleep time while home for Thanksgiving!
I’m still making up for all my sleep lost last year… So personally, I think this is totally normal.

I slept a lot over Thanksgiving break. I had to catch up and get extra sleep in preparation for finals.
